1. IS THERE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT THREAT?SUMMARY Our Sun's half Jovian sized dark star companion generates five comet swarms that somewhat periodically pass through the inner solar system. Earth appears threatened by multiple (5 - 7) major impacts at relatively specific periods between 2009 AD and 2160 AD. Earth's surface may be reformed by a either one or a series of impacts circa 3823 AD.
A theory has been proposed that accurately predicts the orbits of our solar planets as well as the orbits of planets (and tiny stars) in nearby star systems. This theory postulates that our solar system was formed with the aid of a solar companion star named Vulcan by the ancients. Vulcan is estimated to orbit the Sun with a period slightly less than 5000 years. Vulcan draws comets from the Kupier belt and they occasionally pass through the Earth's orbit with disastrous consequences (e.g. causing Noah's flood). A dark body (that could be Vulcan) has been detected by the IRAS satellite. The IRAS measurements and data from other sources have been utilized to determine the orbit and mass of Vulcan.

Comet impacts cause times of great cold, even Ice Ages, because they stir up so much dust. Evidence can be found in "tree ring", "ice core" and other data. Geochronology data shown in the following table indicate that Earth has been hit often recently. Five comet swarms have formed at two distant (444 AU) locations separated by 13o in Vulcan's elliptical orbit. All are formed in a 3:2 resonance orbits during two sequential Vulcan orbital revolutions. These are similar to the red Plutinos found in a 3:2 resonance orbit with Neptune. These Vulcan related swarms are labeled A' & A and B' & B respectively. A rogue swarm C (same period anticipated) is also present. The separation of the A' to A and B' to B swarms is found to be about 666 - 790 years. Multiple comet clusters (Cl) within each swarm exist. Images of these clusters have been found carved in solid rock.

The Theoretical Strike Dates are listed first and are based on a 4,969-year Vulcan orbital period and a corresponding 3313-year comet swarm period. See the above table. The events denoted as "base" dates (YA = Years Ago from 2000 AD) and are considered the most accurate (impact times). These are used to project when the specified comet swarm has, or could again, pass near Earth. Two clusters may pass near Earth within less than a hundred years. Data supports all but one of the 19 theoretically predicted events. A stable (deflected?) rogue comet swarm C (3227 +/-24 year period) adds five more.
3. DOES VULCAN EXIST AND HAS ITS ORBIT BEEN VALIDATED?Vulcan's orbital parameters are both theoretically computed and measured from the past comet impact data listed in the above table. Vulcan is estimated to orbit the Sun with a period slightly less than 5000 years. Its orbit appears to be very eccentric and highly inclined to the ecliptic plane. Vulcan pasted aphelion around 1971, about 448 AU from the Sun. Vulcan is believed to be black or red and dense like Earth or Mercury. It is somewhat bigger than Saturn being about 0.05% solar mass (141 +/- 35 Earth masses). An unusual theoretical analysis leads to Vulcan's orbital parameters as listed in the following table.
Science Digest reports that this brown dwarf was sought by the Pioneer space probes and there are some NEWSPAPER reports that it may have been found by the Infrared Astronomical Survey Satellite (IRAS).

Vulcan's orbital parameters are bounded by two error residual sets (whether or not an IRAS (Infrared Astronomical Survey) object IRAS 1732+239 is Vulcan. Giant comet CR105's period (3319.3 +/- 20 years) is in the predicted 3:2 resonance with it. Three other Kuiper Belt objects, 2001 FP185 and 2002 GB332 appear to be in a similar 3:2 resonance and 1999 DP8 in a 4:1 resonance with Vulcan.
The comet impact data testifies to Vulcan's existance and offers another method to estimate Vulcan's orbital parameters. Since the comet swarms form in 3:2 ratios with Vulcan's period, both can be independently measured from the impact data.

The comet swarms form into clusters, for example for the A swarm, A:Cl-2 and A:Cl-1, and the intervals between their perihelion’s are not quite periodic because their orbits are influenced by Vulcan's gravitational forces. Modeled examples of these quasi-periodic intervals for A:CL-2 cluster (going backward in time from most recent perihelion Earth impacts) are 3111, 3417 and 3411 years. Thus there is a Short, than two Long intervals. Similarly for the A:Cl-1 cluster, these quasi-periodic intervals are 3237, 3233 and 3468 years. Thus there are two Short, than one Long interval. While these modeled intervals are subject to some errors, the resonance with the two Vulcan orbital period must be maintained. Thus the sum of these three intervals is anticipated to be about 9938 years (two Vulcan orbital periods).
The precise difference in these times reflect two Vulcan orbital periods. That difference, 236 AD to 11,703 years ago from 2000 AD, is exactly 9939 years. Thus Vulcan’s orbital period must be 4969.5 +/- 10.0 years. Thus it is highly likely that the IRAS (Infrared Astronomical Survey) object IRAS 1732+239 is Vulcan and that the orbital parameters derived from it are correct.
The geo-climatological data tends to support the theoretical Vulcan orbit. The mean comet swarm orbit period from 38 measurements of clusters found in the A & A', B and B' swarms is 3332.6 +/- 118.85 years. Comet swarm modeling indicated 90 of the 118.85 years is due to gravitational perturbation of the comet's orbits by Vulcan. The Student T test's P-value is greater than 0.2 for the theoretical 3313 year period and 79% of these measurements are within the modeled boundaries of the based on a 0.05% solar mass Vulcan. The P-value is marginal (0.052) at the swarm period's theoretical lower limit, 3295 years. Vulcan's period 1.5 times greater due to the 3:2 resonance. Other restrictions limit Vulcan's period to 4999.4 years, more likely less than 4992 years. Thus, the geo- climatological data seems to suggest that Vulcan's period is between 4969 and 4992 years. Interestingly, Professor George Forbes arrived at a value of 5000 years for the period of an undetected planet in 1880.
Other data (possibly of extraterrestrial alien origin) also reveal the probable existence of Vulcan within our own solar system. These include:
A mathematical fit of the Sun and planets (Uranus, Neptune, Jupiter and Saturn) found on the seal show that it is illustrating planets of our solar system and includes a Vulcan of 141 +/-35 Earth masses.

The existence of Vulcan implies that comet collisions with planets in the inner solar system are more frequent than commonly believed. Perhaps the Pleistocene (Ice Age) was initiated a few million years ago by just such an impact. A large comet from the Kuiper belt was drawn into an elliptical orbit by gravitational interaction with Vulcan. It entered our solar system and "crumbled" rounding the Sun. Fragments from this event may have formed the A comet swarm. The surface of Venus may have been reformed not hundreds of millions of years ago, but rather just a few million years ago by an impact from one of the larger (100 mile diameter class) fragments. An impact from a small comet of this A-swarm likely caused Noah's Great Flood. Earth is likewise at risk of a massive impact event. There may still be many more very dangerous impactors passing regularly through our inner solar system. This well known NASA illustration depicts such an event with a 320 mile diameter impactor striking Earth.
The Bible is full of warnings of comet or asteroid impacts, especially from Christ as found in the New Testament. Clear text Bible predictions speculating on impacts have been interpreted as follows:
"Starting at the end and work forwards, the last Cataclysmic event is when the Earth is renovated by fire. It is discussed in 2 Peter 3:5-13 and Revelation 20:7-15. The Earth is turned into a sea of fire and lava. There are no longer any oceans. This event could be cause by a large impactor 100- 200 miles in diameter.
Before that happens there will be a millennium, a thousand years, of peace. Revelation 20:1-6 - God made a promise to the Jewish people, during this time he will begin to fulfill it. Before that there is a Great Tribulation. This event is discussed in Matthew 24:21, Revelation 8:5-13, Revelation 6:12-17, Revelation 16:17-21 and Revelation 18:8-10,21 to name a few. The damage falls in line with the damage that would be created from an impactor in the 2-3 mile diameter range. Across many cultures, dragons have been symbolic of comets. As a result, if the damage during the Great Tribulation, was done by an impactor, it is somewhat natural to believe that the impactor would be a comet."
The Biblical predictions are surprisingly similar to ancient Vedic prophecies. Two "ends of the Earth" are envisioned, the first survivable and a second vaporizing the oceans, turning Earth's surface into a Venus-like one. The First Event is described thusly:
The Second Event apparently reforms the surface of the Earth. The impact appears to occur after the comet (crumbles) from gravatational interactions after rounding the Sun. Nostradamus's predictions end 3797 and this may signify the end of mankind's tenure on Earth. Should Earth's surface be totally destroyed, mankinds Oversoul would have to find a new planet and new biological life form into which to reincarnate. Then there would literally be a "New Heaven and New Earth" as 2 Peter 3:13 and Revelation 21 record. The Vedic prophecies predict that:

The recently deceased Royal Astronomer, Sir Fred Hoyle, has likewise warned us
of such disasters. Specifically, he has stated that:
"Together with disease, the next ice age ranks as the biggest danger to which we as individuals are exposed. The next ice age is not a specific problem of the distant future. The causative agent, the strike of a giant meteorite, could happen at any time.
The risk of the next ice age is not just the biggest of the risks that we run. It is a risk that would hopelessly compromise the future. Besides wiping out a considerable fraction of those now alive, it would leave a wan, grey future from which the survivors and their descendants could do nothing to escape. It would be a condition that might last 50,000 years or more, a future in which the prospects for mankind would be much less favourable than they are today. This is why our modern generation must take action to avoid catastrophe, an ultimate catastrophe besides which the problems that concern people, media and governments from day to day are quite trivial."
Mother Shipton, Nostradamus, the Biblical Zechariah and a host of minor prophets have likewise forecast impending comet impacts.
5. WHEN COULD WE BE HIT NEXT?The real question is when should we anticipate the next major comet swarm to pass by and threaten Earth? The following figure, taken from Tollmann's work, shows what it was like 10,000 years ago. Then, the B-swarm strike caused a world wide catastrophe. Seven cometary impacts hit Earth around 7545 BC. The lack of "chains of craters" seems to eliminate the fragmentation of a single comet nucleus. This occurred while Vulcan was near aphelion as it is now. The Sun (and inner planets) are at a maximum distance from the barycenter of the Sun/Vulcan system.

Simply by extrapolating the 3313 year comet swarm period, the B-swarm would be expected to pass about 2154 AD. However, the issue is not that simple because Vulcan modifies the orbits of the comet swarms when they are 200 AU or more away from the Sun. Thus, the 3313 year period is the triple average obtained over three comet swarm periods, or about ten thousand years.
The First Event occurs within the next 160 years or so and is associated with comet clusters from the B Comet Swarm. The climatic change data provided by the Center for Ice and Climate, Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen offers precise data that suggests that there was at least five major weather changes about ten thousand years ago. While some of these events may be purely volcanic, this period seems to be generally related to the B Swarm Cluster 1 passage. B Swarm Cluster 2 passage seems to occur about 350 years later and seems spread out over 50 years or so. While some of these events may be purely volcanic, this period seems to be generally related to the B Swarm Cluster 1 passage. These B Swarm Cluster 1 events occurred at:
The Second Event apparently reforms the surface of the Earth. Multiple impactors, that are likely from the A:Cl-1 cluster that last passed through the inner solar system 1765 years ago, appear to impact after (crumbling) from rounding the Sun. The last observed period of this cluster was 3430 years implying a passage in 3823 AD. This is within 26 years of when Nostradamus's predictions end in 3797 AD.
6. ARE THERE ANY CREDIBLE PRECISE PREDICTIONS?
As astonishing as it may seem, it appears that extraterrestrial aliens have warned us of an impending comet impact threat beginning as early as 2007. This would seem incredulous were in not that Noah's Ark has been found and it appears to be of alien construction. Space-mobile alien predictions could be credible, as they would have knowledge of celestial mechanics. This, combined with similar predictions by "credible psychics", add a new and frightening dimension to possible "comet collision with Earth" scenarios. The Bible Code further substantiates this, and other subsequent impacts. The T367 Crop Circle image shown above is believed to suggest the range and date when the next threatening comet swarm first becomes visible. Many comets often just become visible at a distance comparable to the asteroid belt. Thus, these comets are anticipated to start threatening Earth either 95 or 80 + 95 = 175 days after 25 February 2007. The following dates of years on and after 2007 are indicated; 07/05, 08/11, 09/04(14) and 10/07 - all +/- 6 days. Reported 2007 activity included impacts on 6 July and 4 - 10 August and an unusual impact in Peru on 17 September. Intense fireball activity was observed on 11 - 13 August (from T367's #3 broken comet) and 13 and 16 September from outskirts of the constellation Camelopardalis - where a known Earth threatening comet (5 October Camelopardalis) with a nominally correct period - is known to radiate from. The 8 October 2009 Indonesian event may well be related to the 5 October Camelopardalis Earth threanening comet debris.
If the recent 15 July 2008 Avebury Manor crop circle is actually a valid one of alien construction, it would seem to indicate that an ALIEN PRESENCE think that the meteors/comets threatening Earth would do so around September 4 +/- 6 days and that this threat may be diminishing after December 2012. Thus, 2010, 2011 and especially 2012 remain as potential years during this current time period (1991 +/- 24 years) when an impact event may occur. Additional crop circle information was added to this formation on 22 July 2008, suggest an attempt to add disinformation to the 15 July formation. These comets may have been orbiting through the inner solar system for a million years, and they may no longer glow as they may have lost their volatile gases long ago.
Earth's bleak future may be the reason alien contact is being supressed. Only a few people were taken aboard Noah's Ark. Noah (AKA Gilgamesh) was an important "leader" of his day. Both current and ancient alien comments describe humans as a deceptive species.
The Bible Code likewise is believed to be of alien origin. It implies when the B-swarm's clusters may pass and where some of its comets may impact Earth. The Bible Code was investigated for impacts within the 2119 +/- 170 year window. Most of the predictions found are also double sourced to some degree by human "remote viewing". The next impact is anticipated to occur in Southern India in 2007. See the following table. A comet crumbled when passing the Sun may impact the Southern Hemisphere ~2012. A Mediterranean impact (prophesied by Shipton, et. al.) apparently occurs in the 2015-16 time frame. The Yellowstone Bible Code seems to suggest that Earth will be struck around 2044-2045 causing a (60 miles wide) crater, possibly in Canada, with a related impact in Ohio. A 3 mile (4.8 km ) diameter rocky object striking Earth at 42 kps would generate a magnitude 10.6 Earthquake (largest recorded Earthquake: 9.5) and an impact crater of diameter: 96.5 km, depth: 1.2 km like the 100 km crater of Manicouagan Lake in Quebec, Canada. The impact apparently stimulates an eruption of the Yellowstone super volcano. This eruption is anticipated to slowly inject dust into the atmosphere and causing a nuclear winter. The 2044 impactor is anticipated to be metallic, possibly mitigating Ice Age conditions. But remember, these are only predicted events within the projected impact window.

Impact regions, found in Nostradamus' quatrains, have long been known to fall along straight lines.

Mankind is a Warrior EILF (Ensouled Intelligent Life Form), one inclined to take action rather than think about things. We love faith, even though it is seldom based on reason. So it seems that warnings of an impending comet (or asteroid) catastrophe are geared to awaken the "faithful" as well as the intellectual or scientific. For these two groups of human beings, we have two kinds of warnings.
FOR THE FAITHFUL
Both Christian and Vedic predictions and even Zoroastrian scriptures indicate that all life on Earth is likely to be annihilated by impact(s) of one or more massive meteorites. Analysis found elsewhere indicates that the surface of Venus has already been reformed by such an impact, one probably occurring only a few million years ago. Impacts from (swarm A: Cluster 1's) comets are prophesied to impact Earth with such violence that its surface is reformed. This is expected around 3797 AD (Based on Nostaradamus' prophecies) to 3823 AD (based on comet swarm period data). But before that happens, A series of impacts, beginning around 2006 and lasting for 120 years, may well throw Earth back into another Ice Age. Specific dates for these events are extracted from a religious source, the Bible Code. Even the name 'Vulcan' is found associated with these impact events. These religious warnings are intended to provide the 'faithful' a reason to believe that mankind is in danger of impacts events. Little logic is required, only faith.
FOR THE SCIENTIFIC
Partially because we are a Warrior species (and tend to 'follow our deceitful leaders') and partially due to human stubbornness towards accepting new ideas and concepts, a 'slow awakening' to the astronomical dangers we face can be anticipated. But a few well known scientists have had the courage to warn us, among them the British Royal Astronomers Sir Fred Hoyle and Sir Martin Rees.
A Dark Star (scientifically known as a Brown Dwarf), if in an elliptical orbit such as the one found for Vulcan, would automatically draw in Kuiper Belt objects as their rotational motion would be canceled by such Dark Star's gravity. These would fall towards the Sun and crumble while rounding it thereby generating comet swarms. This is just simple astronomy. The incoming comet swarms could not be seen until they are practically upon us. Even a small comet colliding with Earth could be catastrophic, eventually killing billions by starvation through weather changes.
Could an impact catastrophe occur this century? This site estimates that the threat is 15% believable. Further, the threatening B swarm has generated detectable weather changes in the four times it has passed by in the last thirteen thousand years. Rees' 50-50 odds for our civilization's survivability seem reasonable. Would our leaders cover up detection of the Brown Dwarf Star, or verification of past events (involving Noah's Ark)? They have before.
Vulcan's orbital parameters have changed only a few percent over the years that this work has been on the Web, but its mass has dropped precipitately (from about 15,600 to about 150 Earth Masses). To our amazement, it seems like the alien description of our solar system found on the Akkadian Seal is a correct one. It appears that:
