I saw an orbiting blade. The blade was shown destroying celestial objects (meteors and comet fragments) that could damage the earth should they impact it.

it was razor sharp on all ends, round, a bit ticker in the middle, unmanned. This shined, which showed it is not older. The energy that was used was not known to me.

The orbit could be altered. There was a group of countries that developed this.

Prototypes have been successful. The numbers 9, 14, 2 months and longer were shown to me.

This blade was to chop up debris like fragile comet fragments and meteors.

The blade was large The bulk and hardness of it were the most impressive. It was nearly football field size or has the ability to maneuver in that much of space.

I heard two sounds, an airplane/jet sound (wind, air) and the sound of a helicopter combined in reference to this. It may make this sound OR have been in a photoshop making that noise.
